What we use and why

We use your contact details, group preference, speaking goals and any level-check answers or voice recording you submit to handle your application, recommend a group and deliver the course. We use enrolment, payment and withdrawal records to administer bookings and meet accounting and consumer obligations. We use limited site activity to understand how the signup process works. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles your information

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for email delivery and Mollie for online payments. Mollie handles your payment details and returns the transaction reference and status to the site. Other learners in your group can hear what you share during live sessions. Sessions are not recorded.

How long we keep it

We remove unsuccessful applications after six months, counted from the last update to the closed application. We remove voice recordings 30 days after the final scheduled session for enrolled learners, or 30 days after submission if the applicant has not enrolled. We retain payment and contract records as needed for statutory accounting, refunds or disputes.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where applicable. Email info@nederlessen.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
