Cancellation and refunds
Before your first session
You can cancel your enrolment for a full refund if we receive your request before the first scheduled session of your group starts. Email info@nederlessen.nl with your name, the email you enrolled with and your group.
After the course starts
Individual missed sessions are not refunded. Your statutory rights still apply.
If Nederlessen cancels your group
If your group is cancelled or cannot start, you can choose a full refund or transfer to another available group.
Statutory withdrawal
For this online purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days after the agreement is concluded. You can email a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to info@nederlessen.nl. You do not have to give a reason. If you exercise your statutory right to withdraw, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice using the original payment method, unless you agree to another method.
